We are equipped with world-leading testing equipment, including the Trioptics ImageMaster Series MTF Test System, Compass Surface Profiler, Panasonic UA3P Ultra-High Precision 3D Measuring Machine and Zygo ZeGage Pro Non-Contact Profilometer. We fully support high-precision contact and non-contact measurements, with the contact measurement accuracy reaching up to 0.08 μm.
Our reliability testing capabilities cover a full range of items including thermal cycle, damp heat, thermal shock, vibration, IP waterproofing and salt spray tests, ensuring the high performance and durability of products under various harsh environmental conditions worldwide.

Contact and vision modes are used to test the mechanical dimensional accuracy of products and molds, including 3D (X, Y, Z) coordinates and partial geometric tolerances: ≥0.7 μm
Probe contact mode is used to test the surface profile and roughness dimensional accuracy of lenses such as aspheric, free-form, and cylindrical surfaces: ≥0.08 μm
Non-contact mode is used to test the surface profile dimensional accuracy of high-precision aspheric and spherical lenses: ≥0.08 μm
